We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How Our Products Are Made

Every Season Theory product is made to order. We don’t keep warehouses full of stock — when you place an order, our fulfillment facilities prepare your item for you. This is a deliberate choice: less waste, smaller runs, no fast-fashion logic.

Here’s what to expect.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Each order moves through two stages:

1. Production: Once your order is placed, it enters production at one of our fulfillment facilities. Production typically takes 2–4 business days.

2. Shipping: After your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–9 business days.

These windows are estimates — most orders arrive within this timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package until it arrives.

If you don’t receive a tracking email within 10 business days of your order, contact us at support@seasontheory.com and we’ll look into it.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address you provide at checkout.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete and your package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us at support@seasontheory.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to correct it.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors, building manager, and local carrier office first. Many “missing” packages are located within a few days.

If your package is genuinely lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@seasontheory.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve it — see our Return & Refund Policy for details on how we handle these situations.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and product.
