How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Each piece is made to order.
Production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by shipping:
- Standard shipping: 2–5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Only what’s needed — nothing extra.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Each item is made to order, so changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after purchase. If you need help, contact us at support@seasontheory.com as soon as possible.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional.
We’d be glad to have you as part of the Season Theory community, with access to occasional updates and small extras along the way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If anything isn’t right, we’ll take care of it.
Reach out to us and we’ll respond as quickly as possible — no unnecessary back and forth.
How can I return a product?
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept general returns. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
